NB. In questa ricetta non c'è zucchero, va bene per chi non può mangiarlo o per chi semplicemente non gradisce i dolci troppo dolci.
L'impasto è "neutro", la dolcezza viene tutta dalla marmellata. La stessa torta può essere fatta aggiungendo 100 gr di zucchero eventualmente.
Tempo: 1 ora e mezza
Ingredienti: 250 gr farina 00, 100 gr di burro, 2 uova, latte q.b., mezza bustina di lievito

| 1 - Mettete in una terrina tutti gli ingredienti (il burro meglio se fatto sciogliere un po' prima), rimestare fino a togliere tutti i grumi. |

| 2 - Imburrare una tortiera e versarvi dentro l'impasto, tenendone da parte un po' per fare le decorazioni della crostata |

| 3 - Distribuire la marmellata sopra l'impasto |
 |
| 4 - Aggiungete farina all'impasto lasciato da parte e lavoratelo per fare dei "serpentelli" per la decorazione. Decorate come preferite la crostata e infornate a 180° per 40 minuti (il tempo è relativo, dipende sempre dal forno che avete...) e buon appetito! |
